Service Description

For all you new climbers, start your journey with our Starter-Pack Package and attend our Preparation Class. Preparation Class covers the safety to bouldering, orientation to the gym and navigation of climbs. Kindly note that this package can only be purchased by those who have not purchased any passes at boruda and have no prior visits to boruda. Duration: ~80 minutes (60 minutes class and ~20 minutes adminstration) Class Details: Introduction to bouldering, safe bouldering techniques, basic bouldering techniques and practice. Note: Class needs to be booked 3 days in advance prior to the start of the preferred date/time slot. Terms & Conditions: ​- This starter-pack is available for purchase for those who have not purchased any passes and have not visited boruda Climbing or Boulder Planet. - Each individual can only buy this package once. - Individuals can only attend the starter-pack preparation class at boruda Climbing and it is not transferable to attend at Boulder Planet. - Individuals must attend the starter-pack preparation class before using their receiving the unlimited entries. - Individuals must attend the starter-pack preparation class within a month of the purchase date. - Early and Late Cancellations terms apply (see our FAQ).  - The minimum age to buy this starter-pack is 13 years old.  - This package is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

Cancellation Policy

By making payment for your selected course/s, you and your participants agree to accept the following Terms and Cancellation Policy: (a) This class is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable. ​ (b) Absence from booked class for any reasons will be considered a “no-show” and payment will be forfeited. (c) No make-up class for a missed class. (d) We do not accept any postponement of classes.
