• You will receive an email response for successful freezing requests. 

• Freezing of plans will be charged at $10 a month for a maximum period of 3 months.

Cancellations request can be made via our forms, kindly note on the following

• Please submit all cancellation request 3 working days before the start of your next billing date.

• You will receive an email response for successful cancellations. 

• For re-purchase of plans after cancellation, initiation fee will apply.
