REQUIREMENTS [preferred but not compulsory]:

  • Prior part-time working experience

  • First-aid certificate

  • Climbing experience


  • Salary starts from $8/hour 

  • Entry passes to boruda and Boulder Planet

for Full Time Positions


Full-time (Shift Work): 44 hours per week, including weekends. Option to do a 5-day work week or a 4-day work week.

To help execute and enhance boruda’s operations, we’re seeking an Operations Executive to oversee the gym’s daily activities.

The ideal candidate will be meticulous and can manage multiple operational procedures. They’ll be skilled in customer service, gym safety, and management of the part-time crew.

Additionally, they’ll display a proven ability to communicate effectively, be a team player and have keen problem-solving skills.

Their ultimate responsibility is to execute the gym’s day-to-day operation.


Ensure seamless operations of the gym in the following areas:

1) Counter Operations

  • Execute Open/Close for Business SOPs

  • Maintain good customer service, manage escalations and emergencies

  • In charge of CRM (Mindbody)

  • In charge of training new part-time crew and keeping them up-to-date and knowledgable of gym products and services

  • Ensure professionalism of the crew

  • Ensure the gym is well-staffed

2) Safety

  • Ensure upkeep of incident reports and use such information and other data to keep the gym safe and reduce incidents

  • Maintain Casualty Evacuation and Fire Evacuation Plan

3) Housekeeping

  • Ensure all gym facilities and functions is tip-top conditions

  • Manage the manpower required for housekeeping

REQUIREMENTS [preferred but not compulsory]:

  • Prior Gym/Sports Facilities Operation Experience or any other relevant Customer Service Experience (F&B, Hospitality, etc.)

  • First-aid certificate

  • Climbing experience
